What do you get when you pair a Red Seal Chef, a Wedding/Event Planner and a Birthday in January? A freaking awesome party, that’s what!!! Normally my hubby and I are away somewhere hot (usually Mexico) for my birthday, but this year we were home in Leduc and could celebrate my birthday with some of our closest friends! So, what did we eat?
Smoked Brisket with oven roasted potatoes, homemade cabbage rolls and perogies, and salad. The Brisket was smoked with our Traeger smoker. If you love smoked meat, then you need this smoker in your life.
Thanks to all our friends who could make it out, and who helped us out! It was such a wonderful evening having a house full of those closest to us!
